Why Should I Stop Being a Villain

One of the best novels that i have read, great story and characters, I especially like the protagonist. The only complaint that i have is that sometimes it feels like the story is moving too slow.

Great story. Base is around usual academy trope but the world building is done well such that MC even being OP doesn't have as easy a time with variables popping up. Also crazy villainous MC done well so that should be enough by itself. Personally around 4. 3-4. 5 for me but rating is lower for some reason so giving a 5 to average out.

Nice plot, villain mc, system, likeable characters, adoring parents, super strong Gramps, rich family, mc works behind the scenes, serious mc. What else you guys need? Just go and read it👍

This novel is freaking Awesome with a villain MC. And i have read it 3 times already and eagerly waiting for new chapters. Can Anyone suggest me something like this with an evil MC or villain MC ?

It's so cliche, I'm 100+ chapters and there's no character development. The plot too is horrible and there is a lot of needless face slapping. How I wish there was a 0 star

Well, I did not like this novel and reading this, I become quite curious to know how this novel received so many readers. First the Main Character: MC is not really relatable he is just a guy that really wants the world to burn, this leaves our MC with a "shallow personality", and ok if that is the intention, but then the right thing to do is introduce more interesting characters to the plot right? unfortunately that is not what happens. This novel has a problem with introductions in general and the characters are included. Characters in this novel are constantly being pushed down for no reason, with descriptions that start like "oh this character is smarter, but less smarter than MC" or "This character is faster but less faster than MC" and things like this that just take all the expectation away of a new character just to embellish more the protagonist or to make him win in EVERY aspect. The main character being OP or better is not really a problem, the problem is how to show to the readers he is OP, and in this novel the Author made the tragic decision to diminish all characters and even to some extent the world just to make MC look better instead of just doing the regular slow paced development to set the power levels of the world and THEN showing how MC is OP overcoming the established hierarchy. This is until the beginning of academy arc, that is after the tournament arc where the majority of characters are introduced, I think it is more or less 100 chapters In the academy arc things get a little more interesting, some character development of the sister of the mc, and signs of the fate system being more active, MC still being a flat surface of hate to the world for no explained reason, just theories, but ok, now we a see a pace. Then we come to where I am now, the part that he leaves the academy to recruit people, and unfortunately this part just explicitly showcase how the descriptions and the way things are written are just poor, like every new character in scene is just presented as a man and sometimes with his function or rank because he leaks sometype of aura, sometimes age, but no dinstict features even later when we discover their names, just assume they are like the rest of character until now, and this is not one or two times, it is a lot. Concluding, this novel has serious problems with descriptions and introductions in my opinion, and I believe it is because of a lack of use of "tools" and experience of the Author here. Even the world and the ranking system kinda show this. . . If I were to conclude here I would give 1 out of 5 but. . . If what I am reading is genuinely the work of a newbie Author that is trying to get better as the novel goes, what actually already happened a little, and not just doing Ctrl+c Ctrl+v of op system + coolblooded MC + Author's pov world. Then I am willing to give 3 out of 5 to not undermine the rate of a future ok novel, because right now. . . till chapter 135, this novel has to get way better to not be a waste of time. Hopefully it is not. . . and I am not saying that because of my sanity ok? it is not. . . It is to cheer for a possibly newbie Author that got lucky and his/her novel ended up in top 10 in this website ok If you're lucky being seen doing something, might as well do that something good

Originally I thought it was a pretty decent read to kill time. Character has a clear goal, problems to solve and progression. Later into the series it appears that the author gave up on including depth to the character or plot and the fights tend to be very surface level with many lines of story occurring at the same time. I would say it starts decent but seems to fall off and makes it difficult to maintain interest later.

Pretty awful. Not sure why this is so highly rated and popular. The writing is initially very poor and still is quite bad after 200 chapters and is a generic op system novel with a boring sociopathic main character with no character development so far. Reminds me a lot like authors pov but nowhere near as good. There are a lot better reads than this on the website and this is not worth spending time on.

This gets better and better, this novel is definitely a gem, the development of the plot is magnificent, and our protagonist is simply the F*ck*ng Master.

Well he is not even evil if you read it i wasted my time I mean WHAT THE F*CK Everytime litrally every time authpr tries to justify his action by saying some b*llsh*t Why man Why If you have put name of novel as evil mc then why justify just stop telling and just write story which is good enough but just to make novel long to read he also adds his own thought As if someone wants to know it hehe Ok i am done
