In the beginning, the author plays the role of an extra with no ambition other than quietly waiting for the story to end. He is almost like a babysitter that watches over the plotline, however, this will only be in the first 40 chapters or so as he will soon be dragged into the plotline regardless of how much he doesn’t want to.
The MC may come off as someone that has no ambition in the beginning but as the story progresses it will change
Also, there may be a bit of info-dumping at the beginning of the novel (at least the first 30 chapters), but there shouldn’t be anymore in the following chapters. Well…being a new author I may end up doing it again. If I do so please do criticize me and scold me. If you don’t scold me how am I supposed to improve the story? What’s great about writing web novels is that I actually can hear your advice and opinions. You are just as much invested in this story as I am, so please help me out.

Also, yes, the novel is inspired by TNE (The novel’s extra) you may see a lot of similarities in the beginning, but for future chapters the differences will start to become more apparent. I hope you manage to stick through it. Also, don’t come reading this expecting it to be another TNE. In fact don’t compare the two. If you do, the flaws of this book will become more apparent as you read ruining the whole experience

This is one of the best novels i have read it has great ending great story and all i hope authors somedays relaeses more epligoue chapters but still 12/10, I really liked the happy ending and hope he can still revive people after they die after he became overseer like if some of his children die he can just revive them cuz their soul isnt destroyed you can say but yea Ren deserved happy ending and everything he got.
This was my fav novel before ss ,one of the best no doubt, sadly the when the website went down i droped it .Time to start again.

I don’t really understand everyone saying the ending was bad, spoilers ahead🛑. The ending itself was happy but the arcs leading up to it not at all, I was balling my eyes out throughout the entire few arcs, everything was written perfectly aswell the only thing that might’ve been rushed was the destroying of the towers (the demon king made 7 towers one for each of the sins, destroying a tower would sometimes be around 20-30 chapters) every fight in the towers was written to complete perfection. The switching between povs were also written perfectly, even the emotions of each character was perfection the epilogue had an insane ending, and the ending is a solid 8/10, everyone complaining about the ending need to reread it as they must’ve rushed through it, reading the ending of the novel you need to pay complete and full attention to it. Overall the excitement that I felt during this whole novel is unmatched, reading any other novel i see myself comparing it to this masterpiece. 10/10
