Completly oppsite, are you sure we read the same novel? In this novel 80% is about male character and max 5% is about female character. She is no diffrent then side charater. I do not understandv why do you tell that there are two MC's. It is enoug to open rondom chapter and just check that everthing is from male character perspective.

From my experience, most people in search of web novels read what are, basically, power fantasies. Male characters with either too much edge, or soulless with no personality they can easily portray into, with mad power, unearned I might add, easily obtained from "cheats" or different kinds of "systems", and which get ungodly amounts of b*tches just because. Like I said, power fantasy. Doesn't that make it easy to understand why a novel where ,what might or might not be, the fmc, which is and remains to be a step above the mc in power, and is also quite antagonist, with the possibility of even becoming hostile to him, and this relationship between them remains so for about 100chapters, doesn't scratch that itch I previously mentioned? And thus they choose to drop it? This is what my first comment was addressing. Also, up the current chapter, there does not seem to be any clear signs of a harem, so there's also that.

I am pretty sure we read the same thing, and while you're right most of the story is from the male lead's perspective, and also the main focus of it, I wouldn't agree with your statement on the female lead being the same as the other side characters. She is, after all, exactly that: the female lead. So, I would consider her as a fmc. The title alone reaffirms that, it's system vs rebirth, not system vs blank. And while the mc is focused on the most, the story also revolves quite a lot around her as well, mostly her mental and emotional development from her previous life, being basically a cold, cruel, brainwashed tool, as seen from her monologues, into what she became in the latest chapters. Though, in the end, while our difference in opinions might come from the different ways we choose to view the novel, it doesn't, in any shape or form, contradict my earlier comment, it might as well even reinforce it, in regard to complains people who just try it out might find with it.
