I'm really disappointed. Everyone in this story is shockingly stupid. They swing their swords whenever they get the chance, without thinking about the consequences. Most of the plot could have been resolved or avoided entirely if the characters were smarter.
And after finishing one sect immediately after that another young master arrived
The mindset of chinese novels are too simple... Can anyone recommend a good quality read?
The problem with Chinese mc is they're too arrogant, prideful and they don't think of the consequences that will happen because of the action they took. Same with the villains they're all young masters that can't take a single grievance and will always take revenge, after they are killed there comes the father and then the whole clan, after that comes their ancestors that the whole world thought are dead but are secretly cultivating in some places for breakthrough to another level.
At the beginning I really enjoyed this novel but later on I just got more and more frustrated. The only way MC can get stronger is through his cultivation base. Later on he learns some Martial Arts but they are just mentioned like: "He learned them some time ago but whether name nor the effects of this martial arts are mentioned. " Later on MC learns Laws but they are difficult to learn and if he wants to breakthrough to the next Level he HAS TO LEARN THESE LAWS. PROBLEM: At some point in the novel MC TAKES 500 CHAPTERS JUST TO LEARN THESE LAWS 😤😤😤 Even though he learns some other things in these 500 chapters but they don't really boost his strength.

I have read about ±1000 chapters. The MC is careless n didn't really think enough before do something. Also he seem just too focused on his cultivation than his family or lover even though he cares about them. In some chapters, his family caught by the enemy empire n he go to empire for saving, he should be more careful after that accident. But next hundreds of chapters, almost same accident repeated. How stupid he is.
