    I don't if this was the novel. Was there ever a scene where the mc tells someone that if they hate their past self they also hate their current self because the past creates the present? I don't remember where I read that but it has stuck with me for years. It taught me not to hate my past because I love my present self

    Dropped at chapter 1730, I've read too many novels and I know myself enough to know that once a novel gets stale it will never be the same for me idc if it gets good at 2000 or 2100. Everything's repetitive and it's too focused on the mc, everytime something intresting event is going to happen between two side characters mc is like idc and dips and too this day i still dont know how his blood companions interact with eachother in his mind. Everyone on the mc side has no grudges against each other. last time I ever felt something was when he was powerless and all his friends that ascended were held hostage but of course plot saved him and his friends. Mc brings so many people with him to fight against heaven but only him and his friends survive and I assure you that there were more powerful people fighting with him than his friends. Only people who would enjoy this if they are new to reading novels.These people saying this is the best novel haven't seen the vastness of Mount Tai I swear

      absolutely right and I'm at chapter 1670 but the thing is how come all his friends are keeping up the same cultivation level as him isn't it super hard to ascend to rank 7?? but basically all his friends managed it to. and they always manage to escape someone stronger than them..

    Started to go downhill after June. She is annoying. I liked Nina more. She was understanding. I also don't like the fact he brings people around with him like they are some frat group. I liked the novel better when MC went alone exploring mysteries, and the little details of his loneliness added to the atmosphere... Author completely twists his personality with some law bs. Its bizarre.

    I've only read this to 1700s chapter since it wasn't complete but I couldn't forget about it since it was just that amazing. I hope the following chapters that I haven't read yet are as exciting as what I've read already.

    Can only one recommend me a novel like Reverend Insanity. That was so fckn good I have been looking for similar novels but with no results. If any one has any recommendations I'll give it a try

      read journey of fate destroying emperor it's 2nd best cultivation novel after RI it's got logical plot and mc, without cliche and power system and world building are top class

      Way of Mysterious World 玄尘道途 my favorite novel, xianxia. all novels that i`ve written have mc that is loner, and he is either neutral, or evil. if he needs something? he will get it. one way or another. no bs. and not one of those novels have harem. most of them have quite a slow pace. some of them are mtl only.

      exactly like that one ? i dont think they exist. but there are a few similar ones. "Warlock of the magus world" (reincarnation of a guy with a cheap into a world of mages, mc is evil.) "Age of Adepts" (copy of the one higher) "Heavenly Genius" it is quite detailed but it suffers from lack of action. it is more about scheming, politics, conspiracy, etc... it`s not all about training and personal growth, but it can be interesting if you are into that sort of novels. there is also a "Killing God" they are all mtl. "Renegade Immortal" by ergen (if you didnt read this yet) mc here is not evil per se, but if you will stand on his path? d*mn he will destroy you without thinking twice. "Immortal Destiny" xianxia with loner mc mtl "RMJI" same but has translated chapters. "Charm of soul pets" (this one is not for everyone, but mc is kinda evil) "Demons Diary" but again you probably wont find the same kind of novel as RI, unless somewhere in the depth of uukanshu or other mtl raw sites.
